What LiveAndLoudList Is
LiveAndLoudList is a listings site for local live music — a place to find out who's playing, and for artists and venues to be found. We aren't a ticketing platform, a booking agency, or a party to any show, and we don't process payments between fans, artists, or venues.
Show Information
Show details come from artists' and venues' own self-reported schedules, or from a periodic check of their public websites. Dates, times, and lineups can change without notice on the source's end — always confirm directly with the venue or artist before making plans around a listing here.
Free For Artists
Claiming or maintaining an artist listing — your profile, your schedule feed, the embeddable widget for your own site — is free, and always will be. We may offer paid features to venues or businesses in the future, but an artist will never be charged to be listed.
Claiming A Listing
If you claim a band or venue profile, you're representing that you're actually authorized to speak for that artist or venue and that what you submit is accurate. A real person reviews every submission before it goes live, and we reserve the right to decline or remove a listing — including one already live — at our discretion, such as for inaccurate, misleading, or abusive content.
You keep ownership of anything you submit (photos, bio text, etc.), but by submitting it you're giving us permission to display it on the site as part of your listing.
Acceptable Use
Don't use the site's forms to submit fake artists or venues, spam, impersonate someone else, or otherwise abuse the listing/signup process. We may remove content or access that violates this without notice.
No Warranty
The site and its listings are provided as-is, without any warranty that the information is complete, accurate, or current. We do our best to keep things up to date, but we're not liable for a show being cancelled, rescheduled, or otherwise different from what's listed.
Limitation Of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, LiveAndLoudList isn't liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site — including a wasted trip to a show that changed or got cancelled.
Third-Party Links
Show listings and profiles may link out to artists' and venues' own websites, social media, or ticketing pages. We aren't responsible for the content or practices of those outside sites.
Changes To These Terms
We may update these terms as the site evolves. If we make a meaningful change, we'll update the date at the top of this page.
