1Check If You're Already Listed

If an artist that plays your room is already on LiveAndLoudList, your venue name probably already shows up on the site — every show links to a page for its venue, even before anyone claims it.

Check the Directory or search your venue's name on the homepage first, so you can copy your name/city/state exactly as already listed when you claim it below — that keeps everything grouped under one listing instead of splitting into a duplicate.

2Claim or Add Your Venue

Log in with your email and open the Venue form. Add a logo, the genres you typically book, your address, a short description, and a public contact email — whatever you want fans (and artists looking to pitch you) to see.

A real person reviews every submission before it goes live — usually within a few days.

3What Shows Up

Your venue page shows your logo, genres, description, an address link straight to Google Maps, your contact info, and every upcoming show booked there — pulled automatically from the same show data the rest of the site uses. Nothing to maintain on your end beyond keeping your profile current.
