1Set Up Your Show Sheet

Easiest way: copy our template — it already has the right columns set up.

That drops a private copy in your own Google Drive. Delete the example row, add your own shows, and you're set.

Prefer to build your own from scratch? Same result either way — just match this column order in row 1:

date must be YYYY-MM-DD. Past shows are dropped automatically — just keep adding rows as you book new dates, no need to delete old ones.

When the sheet's ready: File → Share → Publish to web, select the sheet/tab, choose CSV as the format, and hit Publish. Copy the link it gives you — that's your Gig Sheet URL.

2Claim Your Listing

Log in with your email, open the Artist form, and paste your Gig Sheet URL in. A real person reviews it — usually within a few days. Once approved, your sheet feeds the site directly, so you're not waiting on the weekly scrape anymore.

Adding Your Logo & Photos

The Artist form asks for image links, not uploads. Two easy ways to get one:

Best: use a picture from your own website. Update it there and it updates here too. Open your website, then:

• Desktop: right-click the image and choose Copy image address (Chrome, Edge, Safari) or Copy Image Link (Firefox).
• Phone: press and hold the image, then choose Copy image address (or Copy link).

Paste that into the form. It usually ends in .jpg, .png or .webp — if it opens as just the picture on its own page, it's the right kind of link.

No website? Use Google Drive. Upload the picture, right-click it → Share → set access to Anyone with the link, copy the link, and paste it in. (Sharing must be "Anyone with the link" or the picture won't show.)

For the Photos box, put one link per line (up to 8).

3Embed It On Your Own Site

Same sheet, same data — now on your own website too. Update your schedule in one place and both sites stay in sync automatically.

Paste this where you want the schedule to appear — it already matches what you picked above:

Swap YOUR_PUBLISHED_CSV_URL for the link from Step 1.

No approval or claim needed for the embed itself — it just reads your published sheet directly. Claiming (Step 2) is only what gets you listed on LiveAndLoudList.
